Ford 800 governor malfunction
would you be able to post a picture of the linkage... I've owned mine for years and it's never worked properly. The springs are bent up and cobbled to where it really doesnt govern... I have to work the throttle up over small hills etc to maintain rpms- jpw461

Gentlemen and Gentleladies..... Can anyone post a picture of how the governor springs should be located on a Ford 600 series tractor? I bought this tractor years ago and have had to work the throttle back and forth to keep it at a steady rpm. The springs on it have been twisted and cobbled... -

850 starter solenoid question
I?d remove wire from starter button and try grounding it to a good chassis ground. The solenoid should show 12 volts at the S terminal. the solenoid button or the starter switch should bump the starter. if the grounded wire engages starter, the button might not be grounded properly. the shift... -

repair to front bolster on my 861 ford
I found bolster kit. can u explain how to attach. do you weld or bolt the thread support in front or just screw into it with it behind where threads wouldve been. thks
