    D17 Hydraulic Lift Capacity

    I use a 7' bush hog with my '67 model 170 gas. It's prone to bogging down in the thickest, tallest growth. Lift is no problem. It could probably run an 8' except in the lushest, tallest growth. As I understand it, the early 170s are identical to the late D17 series IV, except for the tin.
