    Got all the parts out. #3 is broken in half?? I was able to slide the collar over the shaft and I cannot spit the pto by hand, which I assume is a good thing. Any ideas why it would break? Going to TIG it back together with some silica bronze rod and maybe re enforce. Any thing I should...

    Oil is over filled.
