    Update.....Fuel tank issue. Old boat tank being used. Fresh fuel. Jub running. Believe have a thermostat problem. New Fuel Sediment Knockout ordered as well as thermostat. Hydraulic check next. Stay tuned... PS---- ATF was added couple weeks ago. .....Old, Don't forget to remove plugs and...

    NAA ford wont turn over

    I would take a battery and than take jumper cables connect to battery than connect other ground to tractor and then other positive to positive connection on starter....if it rolls over then it's not the starter

    I must confess that although I purchase most of my parts from YT (in fact about to purchase rebuilt kit for brakes) that I order my conversion kit from another vendor. $78 for-- brackets w/bolts (bracket fits) , alt., resistor, wiring harness and fan belt. I bought a $14 12v coil...$92 total

    Here we go...decided to go from 6V system to 12V on my 631. Couple of questions...I want to go to 12v coil without having to install external resistor.     OK...So if the gen and regulator are original (as it appears) you are saying that the regulator and gen is the B series type so how do i polarize these correctly...As i say the battery is installed as a negative ground and starts fine, however my system is not charging.
