    I have three steer calves ( 3 months old ) I was considering feeding ground oats to.My question is this enough protien and fat or should it be supplemented with other grains and soya? Will also be feeding a good quality mixed hay.

    one bottom plow

    I recently acquired a one bottom plow with "DEERE" and the number 848 embedded on the top of the beam. It has the depth controll steel wheel on the left side plow,with the tractor mount on the end of the beam.My question is what will this fit? Was it made for the M, LA?If you guys have any pics...

    Old, How are cold frames made? I guess what i'm trying to ask is what do you use in the bed?I suppose it's some type of manure.I have lots of rabbit manure.Will this work?I'm in NEPA a little colder area than you.

    taking dried corn off the cob

    Use a cob that is already shelled against an ear of corn to shell.Hold the ear of corn and with the cob ,( in the other hand ) starting at the butt end of the ear, push down on the kernels and work up the cob. Very easily done when you get the hang of it. Judd in NEPA
