    3 point hitch parts

    I am looking for the arm that connects the upper lift arm to the lower lift arm. Anybody know what this part is called and where I might find one?

    Hydraulic Oil for 8N

    So after perusing all the threads I could find on hydraulic oil, it seems to me that an 80-90 weight with a GL4 designation works. If that is not so, let me know please.

    1 1/8'' vs 1 3/8" PTO shafts

    So If I don't have, or plan to have a 1 3/8" implement it won't make any difference, right?

    1 1/8'' vs 1 3/8" PTO shafts

    I think I need an education on the relative merits of the 1 3/8" PTO shaft. As I understand it, it is more robust, but unless you replace the hydraulic pump you are still stuck with 1 1/8" shaft as it goes into the hydraulic pump. What am I missing.

    Yep, thought of all those and somehow they did not seem satisfactory. Still looking for "other suggestions". Thinking now about conversion to a 1 3/8" PTO. Seems like this is a direct replacement. What say you YT?

    I have successfully built out the PTO cover plate with the appropriate oil seal. My problem is that when I go to put it back on the tractor, I have about an 1/8" gap between the cover plate and where it bolts to. The PTO shaft is solid and clunks when I tap it, so I know it is seated. The...

    Pto shaft stuck and seal needs replacing 8n

    Just a quick reminder. Always use Never Seize when replacing nuts, bolts and screws. I use the copper type as it works just as well as the silver type and I don't have to have two cans laying around.
