    Bret, what operating system are you using ? Windows 7? Windows 10? what you need to do is look through "add/remove" programs and see what is loaded that doesn't need to be there and uninstall it from there. CCLeaner and malware bytes are good programs but they will not actually remove some...

    You need Sentricon around the house anyways.... they surround the house with these and the termites eat the bait/poison and take it back to the queen then they all die! This has worked well for me for many years

    Which Operation system does your PC use? XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, 10 ? If it is at least windows 7 then make sure you run all your windows updates.
