    F20 oil filter

    Has anyone seen a case where the threads in the oil filter base failed and the whole filter can and element came off? Could a heli coil be used in the base to repair it?

    Fleetline sealed beams

    Several years ago I got sealed beams from my local Agco dealer. He found one that was used on a combine. Was 102213A. Worked in my old shells that originally had the reflector with separate bulb. I have a 88 diesel, so these are 12 volt.

    F20 final drive

    Need someone to confirm that the proper lube fill level for an F20 final drive is to the plug that is up about 3 inches from the bottom. Dad"s was full up to the fill plug located up at the top. The original owners manual doesn"t seem to cover this topic.

    bad day for the 880

    Those cracks at the top between the cylinder don"t really make any difference. The sealing goes on between the head and the top of each sleeve via the headgasket. The water in the oil is most likely the o-rings on the bottom of the sleeves.
