    I checked the outlet lines, but I'm going to go out and go through that again in the morning. I took the bypass apart and it was fine. Thanks alot for your reply.....Ken

    This machine has been a "GOOD ONE". I have all the manuals form when it was new, but it doesn't cover this part very well... Thanks for your reply.....Ken

    Thanks for the reply, I have replaced the hose with the same that was on it since new. I have checked the other hoses and can't find any problems. I'm thinking about pulling the cooler off and having it rodded out but haven't yet. It's kinda starting to drive me nuts!!!!

    I have a 410C which I bought new in 1989. It has been a "bullet proof" machine with almost 11,000 hrs. on it. Recently, it has started building excessive pressure in the hose that runs from the main pump to the left side of the hyd. oil cooler and blowing out that hose. I have always serviced it...
