Bill, That's a dang tough question. Guess I would have to say anything with the CASE name on it!

    3394 three point lift

I am thinking of getting a new grain drill. Over the weekend I looked at a Sunflower 15 foot three point hitch model. Very nice drill, but heavy, the drill when filled with beans or wheat will be close to 10,000 pounds. 3394 literature says lift on the three point is 7750 pounds, 24 inches...

    A Case memory

I too remember the dealer open houses. I remember going to Watrys in Fredonia WI for their open house, Dad giving me a boost up on a new 1200. I would have been five years old in 1964 when they cane out. Brugginks in Oostburg, and Newton in later years. Good times looking at new machinery...

    Disaster averted

I can relate Don! Both of my recently engaged daughters were warned that there will be no weddings that weekend. Really looking forward to that show, very doubtful I will make the 200th!

    Topped off the silo today

Don Good to see the big standards at work, I bet the 600 really sounds good with that long straight pipe! It looks like it may get wet here again this week, but no cold temps coming yet, so field work can continue. Had you not been riding around Ozaukee county on your DC on July 2nd, you may...

    Sad loss at Penfield today

We were at Penfield, saw the 4994 before and after. Sad, very sad. I was told by several case people, that all the 49's were built before the merger. So...they all were white at one time, and got a red paint job later!

    A wise man once said......

Don Now you have his and hers 500's, or is it father and son 500's? That wise man lives half ways between us, he always says "A Case tractor in the shed is better than money in the bank!" However his wife has suggested that its time to make some withdrawls!

    check this out!

We had one of these, it wasn't the best piece of equipment to bear the Case name. The holes for the mixing auger drive in the bottom of the tank did not line up, so someone at the factory used a torch to make it fit. Of course this showedup after the warranty was off. Dad got sick of this and...
