8n starter switch
JMOR: No, I tested using just a digital multimeter. The switch is closed whether or not it's being pushed. I even took the plunger out, and it still makes contact between wire terminal and ground. 8n starter switch
Is there a source for a starter switch for a 1952 Ford 8N, NOT made in China? I just got a new one, made in China, and tested it before installing it, and it had continual continuity, wire terminal to ground, while pushing the switch or not pushing the switch. Thank you!- Kenneth999

Thanks for posting all these wiring diagrams! We just bought a 1952 8N, serial number 8N476795, still 6 volt, and it has what looks like a fairly new 3 terminal regulator. Where does the ground wire from the generator go? Presently there is a ring terminal attached to one of the regulator...- Kenneth999
