Ford 641 3 point always raising

Mine sat for 4 years out in the weather, and had no lift. I just finished the hydraulic rebuild last weekend. I removed the lift cover cleaned everything, replaced o-rings on the lift cylinder and accessory plate, adjusted the linkages, but didnt put a new o-ring on the unloading valve or...

trying to identify what may be missing here

Looks like it is missing the hydraulic lift cover. There are several o-rings that go between it and the tractor as well.

    Transmission to center housing torque

Thanks for all the input everyone. I think I got it figured out. Once all the bolts are installed, you have four bolts heads and six nuts on the transmission side. So if you torqued the bolts to 50-60 and the nuts to 40-50, it would be a similar pattern as the 2000 series. Shop manual...

    Transmission to center housing torque

I m confused. If I install a bolt and put the nut on the other end, and torque the bolt to 60 lbs. Would the corresponding nut not also have 60 lbs of torque? I know that correct bolt tension is what holds the 2 sides together. I m just trying to wrap my head around it.

    Transmission to center housing torque

I have rebuilt the transmission on my 641, and I m ready to reinstall it on the center housing. I was reading the shop manual and it states: "Torque the nuts to 40-50; the bolts to 60-70 ft. lbs." Does this mean I torque the nuts first, then the bolts?

Not a good start to the weekend...

The part with the arrow pointing to it is stuck. Tried heat, bearing puller, etc. My parts catalog says it is a "SLEEVE, Countershaft Oil Ge" NAA-77087-A. I cannot find a replacement part with this number. I did find part number 310087 "PTO Shaft Sleeve", and it looks like the same part...
