    What serial number did the IH 1468 start with, the lowest number in Red Power is 7205. Always thought they all started with number 501.

    Found the bearing loose in the lower pedestal housing. Can anyone give a part # for this bearing. It's number 43 in the parts book and measurements are in metric. Or convertical metric to standard so I can measure the housing and the bearing.

    How to test a fuel gauge?

    If I connect a fuel gauge quickly to a battery should the needle move? The fuel gauge in my 203 has never worked. I have the gauge out and I hooked it up to a battery briefly. The needle did not move. I simply connected one of the wires to positive and the other wire to negative on the battery.

    M W mounted picker shroud.

    Just asking for a fair price on the radiator snout that was made by M & W for a Farmall 560 very good shape needs paint no holes.

    Don another dealer

    Don know if you have this one I may have given this before or maybe somebody else, but the only Case dealer we had close by us was in McHenry ILL, it was called George P Freund Equipment sold case and other short lines now its Burris and ind. case dealer.

    What were they thinking?

    I have a 986 and 1486 and have never had a problem with the doors the idea I always thought was to close them and turn on the air conditioning, only thing I wish was different was the shifting moved to the right hand side of cab, I guess the hole thing is kinda like the owl cabs on jd tractors...
