    Affordable farmland rent?

    My mom gets about 11,000 a year cash rent. This is in NE Kansas on 80 acres.They do soybeans for sure. Not positive on anything else in rotation.My uncle manages it for my mom.Don't know if that will change on new yearly contract.

    I'm certainly not rich.But i always buy the wife a new car every 5 or 6 years. Just for the reason I don't want her broke down. It doesn't guarantee it obviously,hasn't happened in 39 years of marriage. It has left me dreaming of a new truck for myself for 39 years.LOL

    Mapp gas container.

    I have 35 year old 16 oz. container of mapp gas.It has been sitting in the bottom of my toolbox in my garage .Is it still fine to use it? The container is not rusty,in fact it looks almost new.I live in Kansas so it has been exposed to 20 below temps in garage. And hot temps in summer .

    Is this one yours? I spent some memorable summers riding above the gas tank.They would let 2 of us kids ride a couple of rounds.If i recall aren't you around Beverly ? My Grandpas farm was between Westfall and Lincoln.
