    TO30 overheating?

I think it's probably a fuel delivery issue. The tank seems to be pretty rusty, so I'm going take it off, clean it and line it with Red Kote or something similar. If that doesn't do it, I'll check the coil and anything else electrical. Just got to find the time to do it.

    TO30 overheating?

Back again regarding my new-to-me TO30. I decided to try again to see how well (or not) it was running. I tried the rear blade again and as long as I used first gear, it worked well enough. Then I hooked up a 3pt dirt scoop to fill some holes in the drive, and it actually worked quite well...

    TO30 has no power

Re: one of my questions. Is a heavy 7' blade too much for a small tractor like this?

    TO30 has no power

    TO30 has no power

Thanks. Looks like I'll be investing in a compression test kit. Been needing one anyway.

After I got it home, it still started up and ran fine until I actually tried to put it work. It doesn't seem to have much power at...

    Low oil pressure

Thanks. The tractor is already priced at $2200, which I think is a little high. The norm for this area seems to be anywhere from $2200-$4000. That's kind of irritating, because when I look at neighboring states, I see them priced at around $1500 all the time (I live in south-central Kansas)...

    Low oil pressure

New to the forum. Thanks for the add! I'm in the market for a small tractor to use for driveway maintenance and general use (no farming). I looked at a 9n this morning that started and ran really nice but went from 25-30lbs of oil pressure at startup to zero at low idle after running for 10-15...
