    Just weld them on, if your pulling it who cares. I've got a 900 puller and we've gone pretty heavy and they've done fine. Good luck with getting the old cast ones off. Email me if you want to know how we did it.

    If want to do it for fun by a JD, if you want to win get a 6 cyl. 460,560 IH, Case 600,900, or any of the big Molines. You can come across alot of tractor missing part,etc. I would find something like that to make a puller out of rather than tearing up a restorable tractor, especially if it's...

    I am converting a 900 diesel to gas (377),800 gas heads shaved 50 thous. having some cam work done. What kind of horsepower would you think it would turn @ 2000rpm with a big carb?
