    Allis Chalmers C

    the drain plugs are under the tranny.(2) drain both. the fill plug is in the left side of trans. and the fill level is at the bottom edge of the fill plug. It holds 6 quarts with out hydrolics and 7 qts. if you have hydrolics. you use 20 wt. motor oil.

    thanks guys, I bought a differential on Ebay that came from a B so I guess I will know if it will fit my C when I get it. according to my parts book they are the same.

    I have a Allis C that has a MS tsx259 carb which is wrong I think, and need to know for sure which carb. I need. I think a tsx305 but not sure. Please help. thanks Larry

    Allis C hydrolic pump on side of PTO

    YES, THE TRACTOR DOES NOT HAVE 3PT OR ANY LIFT ARMS ON IT, SO i was not sure the pump had a return so I WILL PLUG THE HOLE AND IT SHOULD BE OK. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

    Allis C hydrolic pump on side of PTO

    One of the plugs is missing on the hydrolic pump on my Allis C and my question is if i plug the hole will it blow a seal or will it circulate intrenally. Right now it will blow oil out if you engage the PTO. It don't have a lift on it.

    what about single front wheel Allis C . I understand their were not too many of them made. I just bought one and restoring it now.
