    Bolt Holes? in botom of the Bell Housing Jet Star

    The black oil is motor oil. Your rear oil seal is leaking and will eventually need to be replaced. The 2 holes are for drainage, so the clutch doesn't get oil soaked and slip.

    I have a IT shop manual for White that covers models 2-70 through 2-150. If interested $20.00.

    Radiator pressure

    I agree. Pitch it and go get a new one. Drill 2 1/8 holes in it to let water past the thermostat to heat it up so it opens.
