thanks for the info, i surly didnt want to here the word "split" but it will save a lot of unnessary work in trying to fix something that is not fixable- larryb

leaking fluid
got a 53 farmall c, where the frontend bolts on to the rearend on bottom of houseing there is a hole about 1 inch big going straight up into the houseing. up in the hole is a hexhead bolt makes right angle back into trans. houseing. bolt looks to be 1/2 to 9/16th. hole isnt big enough to get...- larryb
