    In all my yrs I never knew that was proper spelling. They’ve been brahmas all my life. The first local ranch that I hired onto at 13 years old to mow pasture on an 8N raised brahmas bred to Durham Shorthorn bulls. 4th generation were 5/8 shorthorns 3/8 Brahma and an excellent breed.

    I enjoyed your post with these equipment brochures. I used to collect them myself when I was younger. We had an Oliver and AC dealership locally, and they sold a few of the whites to the farmers who had been using Oliver‘s. I never knew White made a combine or a windrower.

    Literature---1969 Oliver Better Farming Full Line Brochure. Pt 2 Farm Equipment

    I live in the middle of cotton country in Ellis County Texas and during the 50s and the 60s the only stripper you saw was Oliver 2 row PTO powered pull type. Local dealer sold Oliver and AC tractors plus Gleaner combines. He sold very few AC Tractors, but was very competitive with the Olivers.
