    I have a 29' GP that is missing the serial number plate, mfg date on housing reads 4/22/29. What range of serial numbers would fit this date?

    GP fuel tank

    I have a GP that was in a fire, the tank fill base became unsoldered from the tanks, the small tank fill base and cap is missing. does anyone have these parts? should I try to find a good tank? this tank is molded for room for the mag. What year GP's had this molded area to leave room for the mag?

    Pony

    Pony starts fine when cold, but has trouble when I try to restart it when warm. It will catch briefly, but stop. After letting it sit maybe 15 minutes, it will start again. Some who've seen it running say it runs too rich, blackish smoke, I don't know. Any ideas? Bruce ThatIdioticTractor.com

    6030 and 531 and 619 engines GURUS???

    I have put a 619 head on the 531. It allowed the 531 to be turboed and aftercooled, putting the 531 head on the 619 may be a different question, but I think it can be done. The biggest problem you will have at putting the 619 in place of the 531 will be the water pump and pulley protrudes 5...
