    if they are the smaller size you can get new tires and rims pretty cheap ,as a rim it's self is almost as much as the combo .sometimes the rust pits so deep that you will never get a seal ,and tubes are not so cheap anymore either .I bought new 8" tires for the wifes little garden cart to pull...
