    Jim.ME, I was able to find All the pumpman by goggling, but had no luck finding Dieseltech. I'm trying to figure out how to find members on this site. I'm hopeing dieseltech is closer to California.

    Jim.ME, I will take your advice and get in contact with the injection pump experts on this board. I have read on the internet how difficult it is to rebuild these units.

    Thanks for the engine info, now I can purchase the oil filter, diesel fuel filter, hydrolic filter, air filter etc. I already removed the injection pump, and will be disassembling it. I would like to simply exchange it for a rebuilt unit, but they are very expensive..

    Hi all, I just purchased my first tractor. It's a John Deer 401C diesel. I am hoping you guy's or gals can help tell what engine I have and what year this tractor is based on the numbers if have. The tractor tag numbers are Tractor numbers 401CD 305275T, and the engine numbers are Type 4219DT...
