    Ok, thank you. I think I am going to try and do it.

    The hydraulics only work in the 3rd p-shift or when the clutch is down. When it is in the 2nd p-shift it powers down like it is stuck between two gears ( 1st and 3rd are fine pulling). A mechanic said it sounds like a fried clutch pack, so how much do new clutch packs cost?

    Try Beiwers Tractor salvage in Barnesville Mn. Call and ask for a 282 Diesel head.

    murphy switch on 750 massey

    Just bypass the switch. Run a jump wire to the actual murphy fuel shut off, if I remember right it is on top of the fuel filters.

    Case 1370 no reverse

    Stupid question, is your p-shift cable stretched. Our 1370 and a friends 2290 have done that. Try going in the 3rd power shift and then step in the clutch on the go. Then slam the p-shift lever back hard and drop the clutch. It should hop twice and take off in reverse.

    2394 trany question

    The 12 speeds have the shift control box. It is the same box as a 24 but, all the spots don't have wires connected.

    Look for the 1570 upgrade in the rear end. That is the only problem we have ever had.
