    On my 190 gas the threads are stripped in the exhaust outlet. Purchased a new threaded piece of pipe, but it still wont tighten. Im tempted to use a piece of thin wall tubing and just shove it in. My wd has a set screw but i dont know about drilling and tapping the cast iron. This tractor...

    Thanks lilfarmer, ill pressure test it. There was a bunch of black water that blew out of the muffler when i started it this last time.Will pressure testing also point to a head gasket problem ? Or is that not an issue for water in oil?

I didnt see anything dripping so i wiped everything off and put the pan back on with paper towels in it to catch any drips. i also overfilled the radiator to be able to judge any level drop.
