    I had checked the voltage at the Starter prior to rewiring it all. It was 1 to 1.5v when button was pushed. Brand new switch. Thought that was the issue last fall. The old one was seriously broken. The Starter side had 5 washers and was still always loose. So, now, the Battery reads 5.33...
