    Howdy, I bought this a and it only has manual lift, but only the left side moves when I pull the lever. The right side has a spring going down to the belly mower and the mower gets cock-eyed. How do I fix this? Thanks for your thoughts.

    Sorry Sonny, I should have been more clear. The tractor is a 1961 ac d-17 diesel, and the seal on the pto shaft is a "natioal" brand with info that looks like this: 4/0/35 R 54 Loco
