    Good penetrating oils?

    Kroil is a good lube but I never had much luck with it as a penetrant.. Years ago I had some penetrant from I believe Allis Chalmers..Would spray it on and it would crackle for a couple minutes..Seemed to work very well but I haven't seen it available for a long time now......

    Guy I know has a 3 cylinder industrial tractor with a blown head gasket.. Can't find serial or engine number on it so we can order parts..Does anyone know where they would be located?

    You guys aren't paying attention.. They're saying it doesn't dissolve in gasoline,and the fuel filter will stop it from getting to the engine in todays vehicles....

    Notice there are mandatory sentencing laws for drug users(even if they're only hurting themselves).I'd rather see thieves locked up myself!

    Stolen farm machinery

    In my area(laSalle county Il.)there are 4 yards that buy autos by weight.. They will all take vehicles without titles(illegal under Illinois vehicle codes)and never get totally shut down,even if they get busted..Whats that tell you....

    So many junkers are on welfare or ssi disability,,,They have nothing but spare time day and night to scrounge...If the scrap yards had to 1099 all their customers a lot of the problems would disappear..

    repairing hole in transmission case

    Had a half dollar size hole in my zf trans...Took PTO off and held cardboard on the inside-filled hole with jb weld...Five years later can barely tell it was patched...........

    OT-computer guru's-antivirus question

    No problems since I paid for Avast..They will lower the price to around 20 dollars a year if you keep telling them no.... Also if you go to Fry's.com--they always have virus programs for 1 cent if you don't mind sending in rebate forms..changes daily from kasperby to norton to mcafee,etc.....
