Frozen power steering
No, there are no noises other than the hydraulic pump. The steering wheel turns really stiff, and the wheels will move but very very slow.- lonesomepine

Frozen power steering
I have a IH 1466 that has a problem with the power steering freezing when the temp gets down to less than 32 degrees. I have replace the hydraulic fluid and filter, but still have the problem.
