    Does anybody know specifically what year of International truck or vehicle will have a BD220 engine or equivalent that will interchange with the BD220 Old junk yards just say year of vehicles but not what engine is in vehicle... Thanks again for any help.

    Hello again .....Update on the original post I did and the pictures of my engine...Found out that it is in fact a Continental f226 .. Thanks for everyone's help and comments.

    My bad...the 503 gallon grader I was looking at has a Cummins engine in it ...not a 4-71 Detroit.....I would delete that whole thread so someone else doesn't think that the 503 has a 4-71 Detroit engine but I don't know how to

    Hello again. Does anybody know anything about Detroit 471 engine.... How hard is it to get parts for this engine. Found a 503 Gallon grader for sale but apparently has a lot of blow by so need to know if I can get rings, bearings etc for 471 Detroit..Thanks for any information...

    Ok I got the measure wrong on engine it does measure 25" front to back..Quefan member says that makes it a f226 -----if it is a continental ....Looks like one I saw a picture of....Do need confirmation so I can try to get the correct parts...Someone had said Dodge had their on line of engines...
