    Thanks, we got it all back together today , had to make up a fixture so I could resurface the steels for the discs, then machine what I lost on plate thickness off sleeves that tension them . Nothing slipping now!

    After some diagnostics, we found a blown out piece of hyd pump and inner end was cracked across. Then came to the conclusion the torque limiters are smoked. Got it apart and not a stitch of material on either disc, its amazing it drove itself in. As i do a lot of auto transmissions just...

    Finally splitting the 1370 and have seen other things before Rod mentioned changing while slplit. If you could give me the run down that would be appreciated. I have seen mentioned about the seals for the powershift being square cut. Would you know if the seals from a&i are the proper ones ...

    If the powershift has an internal leak will you lose all the hyd pressure? It looks aerated through the level windows on the trans. Getting new tires on it in the next week, then I guess splitting it in 2 to figure out whats wrong.

    Well filters are out, look not bad, pulled charge pump, looks pretty good and seals look ok, have shifter cover off trans and just getting oil down to the level to see screen, some little stuff on it but will know more tomorrow when we get back at it, is there a drain hidden were missing, pulled...

    ahhhh, it has what looks to be a push button on the dash that says micro lock, the ones I used before were a knob style you had to manually pull out in the tow truck.

    It actually functioned for about half an hour today without issues, although the first thing I noticed today is the trans filter gauge was way in the red but it worked the best it has since ive got it, the trans pressure stayed up till the end then went down. Hope to get shift plate out of it...

    Looking for the rod from shifter to park lever on trans, someone cut it off with a torch was the way and I got it with only half of it there. thanks
