The computer is not under the fender. The ECM (computer) is where you are plugging in the chip. On my old 96' it is under the the master cylinder, but the connections are in the cab, which again is where you are plugging in the chip. Yours maybe there too. The first thing I would do is... -

To me, that seems like way too much tractor for, "light planting and snow removal." If it is like my 5600 that has a 256ci engine, light work will make it wet stack. I know, I know the 7710 has is a 4.4L and the 5600 is 4.2L, but a 97hp tractor seems incorrectly matched to the tasks of light... -

There may be a reason for people to do it, but there are few tractors uglier than a tractor with automotive tires on the front. The only thing worse is a tractor that is supposed to be red that is painted blue with automotive tires on the front, in my opinion. Gil
