    Lower radiator hose?

No spring in the hose. It was an old, hard hose. I am replacing a bunch of stuff to make sure this tractor just runs decent for my son. New wheels are going on next.

    Lower radiator hose?

I replaced the radiator, hoses, water pump, and thermostat in July of this year. I am doing an oil change and noticed the lower radiator hose to the water pump is almost collapsed. Any ideas on this? I opened the cap on the radiator and got it somewhat back to normal but still partially...

    Brake tubes.

    That's the ones. Thanks. Lyle

    Brake tubes.

Ford 3600. These seals go into the rear case where the brake rods or tubes go through from the right side to the left side as you sit on the tractor. A seal is on each side of the case where the shaft passes through.

    1978 Ford 3600 power rim.

I bought a set of Ford 3600 replacement power rims. The original ones have 5 holes for adjustment. The new ones only have 4 holes. Has anyone had problems with the original stops using 4 hole VS the original 5 hole rims? Or do I need to make a new set? The spacing seems to be a little further...

    Brake tubes.

I need to replace the seals where the brake tubes go through the transmission as they are leaking. Has anyone done this? Just curious if they pull out and go back in without much trouble and if they are all alone as in nothing attached to them inside that I have to worry about so I don't have...

JD 40 Block heater or lower hose heater

I used a magnetic block heater on my old A. I got the oil warm enough to allow the moisture to drop from all the top castings and thick metal of the engine into the oil one very cold week. I came home and with much trouble that night at about 10 degrees, got it started. I noticed my oil...

JD 40 Block heater or lower hose heater

Also, anyone know the ID of the hose? I could pull it, but would like to do that when/if I get a heater and only have to refill it once. Lyle

JD 40 Block heater or lower hose heater

I am looking for a way to keep the heat up during winter for this tractor. 40 plus years ago I remember plugging in a tank type heater on an old Oliver for my dad. Does anyone have any kind of recommendation for a heater for this 1953 model 40 JD. I tried the magnetic block heater but it just...
