    I mean we had to work with what we had, we figured if it's opposite then just time it that way. And it does fire up, but I can tell it's not right, just from the way it runs. And it sucks cause it's not like a conventional distributor where I can adjust it

    I looked for a mark, okay so there is actually a marking on the flywheel?? I guess I will check again, I have read there is a timing mark on the back of the flywheel, but I would have to remove the engine to see that, okay I will check again, thanks

    So we replaced the magneto distributor with an updated one. This one goes clockwise the other went counterclockwise. Timed it based off of the cylinder 1 TDC. It runs, but doesn't seem to want to go full throttle. Replaced the fuel pump and pin, which got us fuel pumping again. Is there a way to...
