    We always used the coil tine because the rubber tines would degrade in the sun and end up in tires. The old oem rubber tines held up better, or so it seems.

    My experience with that is 'sometimes '. You may have to switch out the nose cone and end bushing as well.

    Brother had geese that would go around and gobble down any nuts or bolts they could reach. Dang near had goose for supper one day just to get the bolts back when working on the spreader!

    Model n series 3, it barks pretty hard on the hills. The pto doesn't back drive at all.
