    AC AND SIMPLICITY 700 SERIS HEADLIGHT BULBS

    I understand that they are not accessable from AC or Simplicity is there anyone who has a good fix for this problem? I am using the pots for another project but like everyone else need bulbs. What was the bulb number for these?

    It makes a tremendous difference the 314 shakes like a paint shaker until it gets up to higer RPMs, I have owned a 140 that had very little shaking and now I have a 314 that just about shakes me off the seat!

    Is it possible to put the balance gears from a 140 14 hp into a 314 14 hp? They are not avalable from JD so I am going to have to find a doner moter if this will work. If this is poss. did any other JD garden tractors use the gear set that would work for a 314.

    yea the support will have to be done because of the way the 14 shakes i may try to make a heat sheild and maybe some heat blanket with adhesive to go on the hood

    i am working on a custom project starting with a 314 hopeing to end up with a mini 4030 I would like to move exhaust to come out of the hood like the real ones do, if I run black pipe up and back to the proper place to go out the hood would this be to much heat between the hood and engine would...
