    6410 thermo start

    On this tractor the fuel line to the thermo start comes direct from the rotary fuel pump. I never knew there was a ball/spring in it, will check that out. Thanks, Mark

    I have a 6410, it"s a "91, (same as 6610), we were short on HP when it had less then 2000 hrs on it,no money for a bigger one so the dealer put a turbo on. Looked on the NH webside en came up with #86600301 for the big one and #86600302 for the smaller one. Talked with the NAPA guys in town but they can not come up with a NAPA number. So, maybe...

    Ford 5000 identity

    The flat top fenders were standard in europe after 1970 ish. We had them on our 2000,4000, 5600 when i grew up in holland. Last year I saw a 8340 2wd no cab in Ohio who still had the same fenders. Mark

    ford 6610 ?

    I have a 6410/II FWA cab, it's a '91.6410 is a down rated 6610 by 2 horse. Added a turbo @ 1900 hrs ( 15 extra horses). It has 9500hrs now and runs like a new one. GOOD TRACTOR !!!

    mix 5200 and 7200

    Thanks Rod for the info, went to that sale today and looked at the 7200, it was in a very poor shape, everything was there exept the fenders. I taught it was $1000,- max. but there were mennonites who jumped on it and paid $2500,- So no "new" tractor for me. Mark

    I have a 5200 '72 and I really like that tractor. BUT, I mis dual power, second hydrolic valve, 1000RPM pto. There is an auction in my area tomorrow, they have a salvage 7200, will the rear end of this 7200 swap with my 5200 ?? Thanks, Mark
