Year you started driving a tractor for real
1987 ...I was 8....JD 50 and the manure spreader. Graduated to the 4020 at about 10 drilling wheat. Plowing and disking at 12. I do remember Dad let me run the JD 8440 when I was 8 but he rode with me....- mattNWIN

Open Station 4255
I'm sorry guys...I shouldn't have called it an "open station" because it does have the 4 post. Sorry if I mislead anyone...around here there aren't many without cabs and everyone around here has been calling it a open station...even my dealer referred to it as such. Here is a pic....- mattNWIN

Open Station 4255
I came across this one by chance and it is very,very clean. It happens to fit my operation pretty good and was just unusual enough that I decided to buy it. I have seen a few 4040's and 4050 but never anything newer than that here in NW Indiana. I understand a lot of folks in the south still...- mattNWIN
