    Looks to be quarter inch. 7/16 wrench fits it. Drawing shows one washer and bushing this has about 4 washers stacked. Someone may have changed something. The drawing looks like has a square nut on the bracket. I'll put some tension on it under the washer with a screwdriver and try to tighten...

    The screw doesn't have any tension and felt like it has a spring on it. I felt it could turn and did not increase any tension when I tried to tighten it. I would doubt it's left handed threads.     What does this bolt go to that leaks fluid below the level plug on a Ford 2600? If you try to tighten it it just spins. I'm not sure if it's missing an oring on the inside or what. Do I need to split tractor to fix the leak?
