    Not without extensive work, but it can be done, but not easily, a totally different bell housing pattern, similar shape but much smaller. Then there are starter and flywheel issues, the 148 flywheel will not go in a VAC bell housing.

    534 Ford has the right stem length and diameter, 7/16, but you have to use the Ford caps and keepers, I have put lots of 2.02 intakes in the 5576 head, they could be cut down to 1.75 I would guess if stuff gets real hard to find.     Common practice, at least in our shop was to put new exhausts in and move the old exhausts to intake ports. Never had any problems doing that.
