You will need to source one from a 62-64 4000 for an exact match. A dash panel from a Jubilee, NAA, 600, or 601 series will not fit your 1964 4000 because the hole for the steering shaft needs to be closer to the rear of the panel for your 4000 because the hood sits higher. A dash panel from... -
Rest-o-ride seat
Sounds like something is broken and allowing the seat to severely sag. I'm south of Traverse City by about 15 miles and my wife and I hunkered down in the basement half bath for a tornado warning. Thankfully no tornado came of it, but there is lots of flood and bridge damage in Traverse City.- michford

Might be a two person job. One person pulls up on the seat pan while the other person backs out adjustment screw.- michford

Row crop leveling box update
If the one large arm aesthetics bother you enough, replace the left one with another big leveling box assembly. Might be pretty handy even if you dont find it handsome :). -

7/900 Ford Front Weights

1963 2000 4 cylinder 4 speed rear split
There is a large gasket between the transmission and the entire rear end housing where the actual split happens. That is the gasket to soak in water before reassembly. I edited my earlier reply as I missed the critical word housing. -
