    9760 fuel gauge

    got a 9760 the fuel gauge shows full all the time even when sending unit is disconnected also fan speed will not speed up only will slow down checked relays and fuses etc. the motor will work if hook up with jumper wires

    i believe a super 88 has 2and 7/16 journal , m,w piston kit will work with that set up and 77 rods you will need to shave top of pistons a little there was a article in antique puller that Bobby Hinton did that was this particular build

    dont stop there it will only get you a few more horse go atleast with a mw kit of 3and7/8 bore will drop right in no machining required korves bros has them or bolt in a 320 or 310 for about the same money

    pulls are won with skill in setting up tractor,not just power tires are a big deal in pullling the right kind and size for the track is what you need taller is usually always better.

    there are two different thicknesses of rim centers i wouldnt use the light weight ones on a tractor of that weight and horsepower just my 2 cents
