    Thanks for the response! The center of the camshaft is threaded at 1/2x13 coarse pipe internal thread. I used a piece of allthread in the center of the camshaft which fits through the center of the main pulley. I started the main pulley on the camshaft, then attached a thick washer and a 1/2x13...

    After further investigation: I looked at a picture of the pulley before I took it off and it's in an identical position now. That doesn't mean that it's correct, but it did run. I'm calling it good unless someone here says otherwise.
