    I can do about 20 acres an hour chiseling and 45 acres per hour pulling the finisher. Uh yeah its the gallons per hour because in 12 hours its out of fuel. Gallons per acre is all dependant on what width equipment you have, soil type. slope, and field condtions. No matter what its 28 gallons...

    2840, 1010 1020 2020 were the poorest machines Deere made. Stay away from it.

    Look closely at the wobble boxes. I usually greased mine every 4-6 hours and they last forever. Check the final drives as I have heard they can be a weak point.

    Uh not if you had more power over all..... And the 1456 was rated at 131 hp, which knowing the IH tractors coming out of the factory it probably had a 145.
