What are the class rules? Farm stock? Speed limit? How much power? Remember the 4030 is a 3020 based rear. 3020 transmission help
3010 and 3020 share very few parts. I am not as familiar with the 3010, but I know for a fact the difference between 4010 and 4020 s and I would expect there to be similar changes to the 3010/3020. The trans area is an inch longer on a 4020 compared to a 4010, made more room for wider gears...- MikeJM

Ford heads---134 172
SBI lists them. SB1625-11 for exhaust. SB1812-5 for intake. My distributor also shows the have both valves in stock too. I think they have pretty much everything to do the entire head. If it needs seats it probably needs the rest of it too. -

I think I may have missed something here. Let s start over. Is your engine a sleeved or non-sleeved block? As I understand they were made both ways. It sounds like yours is non-sleeved, but I could be wrong. You could have your block sleeved, either with a repair sleeve or setup for... -

How tight is the press fit? The only solutions that I can think of is run on cylinder at std size or if the sleeve press fit is tight enough you could have it bored and honed after installing it. -

I saw one on YouTube with an electric starter installed. I m not sure how well it will start without glow plugs, they are not known as the best starters even in warm weather. Probably end up having to give it a little sniff.- MikeJM

It s been a while, but yes I remember it is a small exhaust side. If you have your pump worked over you might also want to think about bigger injectors too.- MikeJM

That turbo is off a 4.4 liter Perkins. I have a similar one off a 4.4 JCB, still a Perkins, on a 239 Deere in a 3020 turn up making 115 hp with no smoke. How much fuel do you have turned to it? JD 730 trans
The John Deere two cylinder transmission in the 730 is basically a 3 speed with reverse trans with a high/low on the input. So through some shifters inside when you shift around the bottom you are shifting the high/low set. So depending on what trans you have, most share 1-3, 2-5 and 4-6...- MikeJM

Increasing hydraulic pressure on JD 2 cylinders

D17 transmission It finally happened.
My buddy just lost the axle bearing on his Oliver rear light hot farm. Hurt the bull gear, bull pinion and bull pinion housing. At least it didn t bust anything else up.- MikeJM
