    Steep Plowing/Mowing

    As TOH pointed out, still downright ridiculous. A 4:1 slope means 4 ft up and 1 foot over, which is 76 degrees UP. , which is steeper than the slope formed by the letter V.

    That was the problem, the control rod was loose at the bottom . Pulling the top cover and repositioning it worked well. I will keep by fingers crossed on the base gasket, I am sure it will wait until the temps are below zero and then blow out. Thank you to all who responded!

    I was changing out my '49 8n's hydraulic oil last night. After seeing all of the sludge around the ring gear area, I decided I should do as thorough of a job as possible. I could feel a lot of sludge in the hydraulic pump base, so I removed the bolts on base from underneath, dropped it down as...
