M602 Tachometer
The tach cable is straight (in line) to the tach from the distributor. My old tach seemed to read too high also. It showed about 2500 hours. I replaced it because it was making noise and jumping around. I don't know if the old tach came from India or China but I am sure that the new one did...- mineer701

I installed a new tachometer cable and tachometer on my M602. The tach seems to register the rpms too high. Is there some gear in the tach drive that could be incorrect?- mineer701
