    Call Maibach tractor they can help. The original pumps were a cast iron housing (vickers pv15) and the newer higher flow pumps (vickers PV19) had an aluminum housing. I assume they are 15 gpm and 19 gpm respectively.

    2150 hp

    High exhaust gas temps, and the small radiator keeping it cool are probably going to be your biggest problem, but otherwise it should live. The 2150 we have is probably around the 200hp range. Other issue may be the clutch slipping.

    Just put one on our pulling tractor with about a 7- 8-gallon cooling capacity. I forget what model it was, but it really moves some water. Thinking it was a 30 gpm. It seems to work just fine.

    The low range gear is most likely seized on the input shaft. Will the engine no stall with the gear shifter between the 2 H patterns and will die if put into the other H and let out the clutch?

    Appears like aluminum corrosion on those bolts. I was also gonna say about that aluminum cover corroding to those dowels. Aluminum and steel are bad for corroding together. I fought with my fair share of things too over the years. Biggest thing is to be patient.

    Did you take the oil pan bolts out that go in the bottom of the cover? Make sure there aren't any bolts covered up by caked on grease or dirt that you may have missed....

    Oil gets sprayed down from the block from a whole along side the lifters from the main oil galley. It's the hole just to the left of the lower sleeve bore. Most of the smaller olivers were this way until the 7 main cranks.
