    350 Utility Seat

I've been looking to replace the back rest of my tractor and the part I ordered doesn't fit, bolt pattern is off by an inch. I must be missing something but is the seat frame different on the 350 and the 350 Utility? Looking at Yesterday's Tractors site, I ordered part #363219R91-1 ($35) and it...

    How much to charge?

I had some washes in my CRP that needed fixed. I took the field cultivator and ran over all of them crossways 2 times. Then the big one got some attention from the 1850 and Waldon blade. Before I could seed it, we had a month of rain, so I had to use the blade to push dirt back up the hill on...

Low oil pressure - Super A

Worked the tractor today doing some work around the farm. The oil pressure has been perfect dead center in the middle of the gauge, but I noticed today the pressure gauge to drop to 1/4 towards the end of the day. Any ideas on what would be causing it?

Ford 860 bushing that front axle pivots on

Threads that bushing screws into are gone. Retainer for bushing gone. What have others done to secure this bushing? Shaft that drives hydraulic pump goes through center of bushing. Looks like the only way to secure the bushing is to weld around the front edges of the bushing and weld it to the...

    Follow-up on 1750 fuel problem

Finally the mud dried up enough to go get the tractor; it was 30 miles away. You guys were spot-on about the problem: The injection pump was gummed up. The new problem is how to remove it when I can't find the timing mark in the sight window. Thanks for your help.

    445 carb question

The main jet on the bottom of the carburetor on my 445 is so close to the starter that it actually hits it, making it nearly impossible to adjust it. I am fairly new to the tractor, and I suspect that the starter is not original, but it doesn't appear any longer than a normal one. Are all...

    Steel Wheel/Skein Grease?

Hello, Does anyone know what would be the best grease to put on an old farm wagon with steel wheels? My father tells me that 70 years ago when he was a kid he can remember a couple times a year they would have to remove the wheels and apply a thick coat of grease on the skeins from a big...
