    I've found that the Honda crankshaft is a bit larger so I'll need to find a dual pulley with a smaller diameter crank hole. I'll also need to find s[acers to keep the pulley away from rubbing on the crankcase plus the end bolt hole is not the same either. Little things but I'm 77 and need less...

    Back firing

    I have an old Speedex that has been sitting for awhile. Cleaned the tank and put in fresh gas. Cleaned the spark plug. Now it backfires through the carb and won't start.Any ideas? It's a Brigs 5 HP with up draft carb.

    2023.05.07 Rust Pic

    I had the 305 Super Hawk. Great bike. Heavy vibration kept braking the license plate bracket off. added a 1/4 inch steel plate and the plate never came off again. Soaked up the vibration I guess.

    2015 Silverado transmission has a shutter

    I once had a Chevy van that developed a shutter . Turned out the flywheel had a cracked spoke. Only shuttered at certain highway speeds.
